Welcome to Empowered by the Arts Academy!

Empowered by the Arts Academy is a tuition-free charter school serving Cincinnati families from kindergarten through 8th grade. We believe in the power of the arts to ignite creativity and inspire learning. Our students explore dance, art, music, and physical education daily, fostering self-expression, collaboration, and a lifelong love of learning. We provide a uniquely structured learning environment where children can reach their academic potential while developing their artistic voices and physical abilities. We value our time spent together creating a high-quality educational experience that is positive, supportive and engaging.

The Empowered by the Arts Academy is a community school established under Chapter 3314. of the Revised Code. The school is a public school and students enrolled in and attending the school are required to take proficiency tests and other examinations prescribed by law. In addition, there may be other requirements for students at the school that are prescribed by law. Students who are exempt from the compulsory attendance law for the purpose of home education pursuant to section 3321.042 of the Revised Code shall no longer be exempt for that purpose upon their enrollment in a community school.
